Wedding Planner
is......
To meet with you once you are at your accommodation to finalise all of your personal choices and to be on hand to you during the days prior to your special day.
To assist you at the Town Hall to finalise your paperwork and legal requirements. If applicable to organise appointments with the Church Coordinator and Anglican Vicar or the Church Coordinator and Priest.
To pre-book your ceremony requirements including the venue of your choice, seating, flowers and decorations
To pre-book your drinks and dinner receptions including assisting you with menu and drinks choices (including any special requirements) plus decorations and music.
To pre-book your finer touches ie Photographers, Videographers, Drones, Flowers, Wedding Cars & Transport, Cakes, Hair, Make-up and Beauty Treatments and so much more. (Please note that we can also assist with Entertainment including Children’s Entertainment, Decorations, Hen & Stag Parties and Accommodation)
As we only book one wedding per day Sheri and Amanda are 100% available for you both and your guests on your special day to ensure that everything runs perfectly and take any stress from you.
We will also assist you in decorating of tables including laying favours, name plates and more.
Our role is to give you a personal touch and as we are a ‘team’ we can offer to look after the groom just as much as the bride on the big day!
Having lived and worked on the Island of Love for many years, I know every venue and all of our wonderful local suppliers inside and out. From photographers and florists to cake makers, hair stylists, beauty experts, and more — we all share the same belief: every wedding should be absolutely perfect.
Planning a wedding overseas can seem daunting at first, but that’s exactly why I’m here — to take away the stress and handle every detail before your arrival. From the moment you set foot on the island until the last dance on your wedding day, I’ll be by your side every step of the way.
I dedicate 100% of my attention to you and your celebration. To ensure your day is flawless, I only book one wedding per day — because your special day deserves nothing less. As an independent wedding planner, I’m not tied to any particular venue or supplier. This means your wedding will be planned exactly the way you envision it, using the trusted professionals you choose.
