Wedding Planner
is......
To meet with you once you are at your accommodation to finalise all of your personal choices and to be on hand to you during the days prior to your special day.
To assist you at the Town Hall to finalise your paperwork and legal requirements. If applicable to organise appointments with the Church Coordinator and Anglican Vicar or the Church Coordinator and Priest.
To pre-book your ceremony requirements including the venue of your choice, seating, flowers and decorations
To pre-book your drinks and dinner receptions including assisting you with menu and drinks choices (including any special requirements) plus decorations and music.
To pre-book your finer touches ie Photographers, Videographers, Drones, Flowers, Wedding Cars & Transport, Cakes, Hair, Make-up and Beauty Treatments and so much more. (Please note that we can also assist with Entertainment including Children’s Entertainment, Decorations, Hen & Stag Parties and Accommodation)
As we only book one wedding per day Sheri and Amanda are 100% available for you both and your guests on your special day to ensure that everything runs perfectly and take any stress from you.
We will also assist you in decorating of tables including laying favours, name plates and more.
Our role is to give you a personal touch and as we are a ‘team’ we can offer to look after the groom just as much as the bride on the big day!
Living and working on the Island of Love for so many years Sheri & I both intimately know all the venues and all of our wonderful suppliers. From our photographers, florists, cake makers, hair and beauty and so much more, we have one hundred percent commitment and expertise as their belief is the same as ours and that is that each individual wedding is perfect.
We appreciate that planning a wedding overseas might initially appear to be stressful however that is why you have chosen us to be here preparing your day in advance of your arrival and being with you each step from your arrival to and throughout your big day.
Sheri and I offer 100% of our attention to you at all times and we work together as a team to ensure your special day is an amazing day. We only book one wedding per day therefore our excellent coordination skills are just to make your day faultless. We are independent wedding planners and not linked to any venues or suppliers we are here to plan your day exactly the way you want!
